We offer free ground shipping to the 48 contiguous US states for most products. Large and/or heavy items may require you to pay the listed shipping charge or use your own account. All items will be shipped after receipt of payment. The tracking number will be updated in your eBay order after the package has shipped.

International Shipping:
          You must contact us before bidding or buying to verify that your order meets our requirements for international shipments.           Payment in full is due within 3 days of purchase. If no payment or agreement is made within 3 days, we will file a claim of non-paying bidder, leave negative feedback, and re-list the item.

Warranty and Returns
A 30 day warranty is offered on this listing. If your product is deemed defective, we will replace it with an equivalent item upon receiving the defective equipment or upon securing payment for the replacement product (which will be refunded when we receive your defective product). If a replacement product is not available, we will fully refund your money upon receiving the returned merchandise. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent. Defective products should be reported via the eBay messaging system within 14 days from delivery date. An RMA number is required for all returning items. Returning packages will not be received by our warehouse without an RMA number. All returns must arrive back in our warehouse within 30 days of the original ship date. Items that have not been received into our warehouse within 30 days of the original ship date are not eligible for refund or replacement. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the return of said equipment at your expense. To request an RMA, please contact our sales department or initiate a return through the eBay messaging system.
