2. High-level trigger voltage range: DC3.0V~24V, that is, when the signal is 3.0V~24V, the MOS tube is turned on, if it is lower than 0.6V, that is, 0V~0.6V, the MOS tube is turned off, and the signal voltage must not be within 0.6V Between ~3.0V, then the MOS is not fully turned on, and the MOS is burned out when used with high power.
3. Low-level trigger voltage range: DC 0V~0.6V, that is, when the signal voltage is 0V~0.6V, the MOS tube is turned on, if it is higher than 3.0V, the MOS tube is turned off, and the signal voltage must not be between 0.6V~3.0V , so that the MOS is not fully open, and the high-power use burns the MOS
