This is a "WESTERN ELECTRIC" model 410 style 2-line
telephone.

The twist of the brown knob in the left front provides access to the 2-lines.

That's an original cloth 6-conductor line cord.

There is only one bell in the phone. These phones were generally installed in pairs. That way each phone would ring for one line.

This phone came off the assembly line just days before 
the Japs attacked Pearl Harbor.
