Returns are accepted within 30 days. However, buyer is responsible to
pay the return shipping plus a 20% restock fee.

remorse is not covered under this store’s terms of sale policy or the eBay purchase
protection program. Attempts defraud with return claims based on item's
condition will be reported to eBay.
I am a
reseller of dealer overstock. Please
note some comics are in better condition than others and most have been sealed
for many years in long term storage, because of this and the large volumes of
comics being sold I do not offer page by page grading or individual assessment
of books.
All items
offered for sale have defects of some nature not shown in the auction photos
including but not limited to major/minor creases, tears, scratches, stains,
cut-outs, water damage, writing, chips, marks, stamps, etc.
Auction photos are of the actual item offered for sale.
Unless
stated otherwise all comics are unrestored.
Shipping & Handling: I combine all orders when possible. Please contact me ASAP if you want to combine multiple purchases.
Comics will ship well protected.
In cases of
damaged parcels; the buyer agrees to send detailed photos of the item purchased
and that of the package detailing the carrier damage within 24 hours of
delivery.
Payment for
the auction is due within 3 days of auctions end; eBay non-paying
bidder claims will automatically be filed on day 4. Please contact me if you plan to make
