The condition of the LAMINATED "BACK FLAPS" COVER is VG+ mostly due to the creases at the top cover (see photos).  Otherwise the cover is quite nice, no seam splits or writing.  The condition of the disc is a nice EX+, very close to my top M- grade, and it plays great.
