Media Return Policy: Please make your selections carefully. New recorded Media items that are shipped in shrink wrap can only be returned if unopened, and must be sent back to us within 2 weeks of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping costs. Used items cannot be returned. We will always accept returns if we made a major error in our listing. In this rare event, you must contact us for a return authorization within 14 days of receipt, based on the USPS Delivery Confirmation delivery date, and return to us within 30 days. International customers must contact us within 30 days of the ship date. No returns for "buyer remorse," dropped/canceled classes, accidental purchase, differences in the eBay-supplied stock photos and the actual cover art.

Save on shipping when you purchase multiple media items from our auctions or store! Start with the highest stated shipping price of the items purchased, and add $2 for each additional item. $2 discount applies to U.S. orders only; international customers can save on shipping when we can combine multiple items into one package. International shipping charges will be based on actual cost. BOTH U.S. and international orders must be paid for on a single PayPal payment to be eligible for a shipping discount.
We ship all CDs in cardboard CD mailers. Shipping will be your choice of USPS Media Mail or Priority Mail. We ship 6 days a week, usually within 1 business day of receiving payment. We will send a confirming e-mail with the Delivery Confirmation number once your item has shipped.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: We ship to many countries, but not all. Please see our Complete Shipping and Payment Info page for a list of countries we ship to, as well as special terms for international customers.
