100% wool

This is a lovely wool suit, vintage from Liz Claiborne‘s heyday. Beautiful quality, royal blue wool, fully lined. The jacket has black scroll embroidery with black beading. There is a single black button in front, and one on each sleeve; they are multifaceted to appear jewel-like. The skirt is blue wool, fully lined. The elastic in back of the skirt sounds crepey and can be replaced by a seamstress or tailor. Both pieces are 100% wool and fully lined.

This is a vintage suit. It is not new. It has slight fabric pulls, etc. Would I feel comfortable wearing it to a meeting, a party, or a social event? Absolutely. A black silk shell, the right black stilettos, and diamond studs, and you will be event-ready and camera-ready.
