Highlands Silver Heart Baby Rattle Teething ring 4-1874 Rare Vintage.

I can’t see any hallmarks but it looks like Silver but could be silver planted. It is a Highlands 4-1874 baby teething ring and rattle. It doesn’t have its own box anymore but looks I’m good condition for it’s age.
