    高级铁壶,日本南部铁器逸品。此款铁壶是日本传统工艺制作而成,壶形简约,温润,素雅,采用传统脱蜡法铸造工艺。此铸造工艺尤其复杂繁琐,前前后后经过数十道手工工序完成,如此呕心沥血完成的蜡模模型本身已是一件精致的工艺品。然后将铁水浇灌蜡模内冷却成形,再破壳取出铁壶,其成形的铁壶纹理最为精致细腻,一模一壶。就像树叶一样,世界上没有完全相同的两把铁壶。日本所有的高级铁壶均采用此铸造法工艺。

     由于南部铁器产品的表面都有着由铁沙被融入而形成的凹凸面,在加热时,空气能够快速的进入凹凸面,从而起到了防止烧焦的作用。

    2、南部铁器第二大特点就是不易生锈

    南部铁器在烧制时融入了大量的碳元素,使得材质中的铁元素十分稳定,不易生锈,就如同道路中所设置的井盖,即使常年被日晒雨淋却几乎不会生锈。

    因为南部铁器本身烧制的方法独特,使得铁器能够更有效的保持温度,其保温性是其他材质产品的1.5倍。
