This is a really interesting Canoe Assembly part with clan symbols carved into it from the people along the May River in Papua New Guinea.  Found it while collecting in a wonderful collection we buy from and just thought they were fun and unique, great for a unique piece.  A great conversation piece and a wonderful  addition to your collection.
