A complete engine can be supplied on a pallet for you to install or, preferably, we have your car to install it here. That way we can be sure it's running properly before you get it back. We may be able to collect you car from you, at extra cost.

Our service:
A complete strip down of original engine, checking condition of all parts.
All parts cleaned or aqua blasted
Block cleaned, blasted and painted, machined to make flat and cylinders honed for new rings.
Bores are checked and measured. New core plugs.
Pistons inspected, rings removed, grooves cleaned and measured.
Crank checked, measured and polished.
Block rebuilt using new crank thrust bearings, new big end bearings and new crank main bearings (King).
Pistons reassembled with new rings (KS), installed and protrusions measured to enable head gasket selection (Elring), new metal locating dowels.
Oil pump checked, measured and cleaned. Oil pickup cleaned with new O ring, oil pump bolt thread-locked.
New sump gasket.
A new crank rear seal (Reinz) fitted and a new spigot bush at the back of the crank.
A new, genuine, timing chain and sprocket kit and a g
enuine oil pump pulley & chain (LR).
Head cleaned, pressure tested, skimmed, valves measured then lapped or re-cut, guides measured. New valve stem oil seals and all threads re-tapped. Hydraulic lifters cleaned and serviced.
New head bolts (FAI).
Injectors professionally flow tested and refitted with new O rings and copper washers (Delphi).
A new injector harness.
Adjust injector to rocker clearances.
Rocker cover fitted with new gasket and new bolt seals.
Fuel pressure regulator stripped, cleaned and reassembled with new regulator (Bosch), O rings and gasket, new O rings on fuel lines.
New exhaust manifold studs and gasket, new gasket on coolant outlet.
New temp sensors (OEM).
New cam seals front and rear.
Oil cooler stripped and cleaned. Reassembled with new Dowty washers, O rings and gasket.
Oil filter adapter stripped and cleaned. Oil temperature valve checked and new O ring fitted.
New rotor filter, new main oil filter (Mahle).
New glow plugs (Beru).
MAP sensor ultrasonically cleaned and refitted with a new O ring.
Inlet manifold fitted with new studs and gasket.
Exhaust manifold blasted and painted black.
Dipstick has new O rings, Oil filler has a new O ring.
A new water pump fitted with a new O ring (ProFlow OEM).
New front crank oil seal (Cortico).
Fan bearing removed and refitted with a new bearing (SKF).
A new crankshaft damper and a new crankshaft bolt.
Many new bolts, nuts and studs.

All bolts torqued to Land Rover workshop manual specification.
Every seal, every O ring and every gasket is replaced on the engine.

All parts are OEM, Genuine or best quality available.
