Feature:

  • Can be used for Teeth Whitening and also prevent Grinding of the 

  • They are very easy to use and fast to mould to your teeth

  • High quality and can be remoulded multiple times


Instructions:

  • You mould the trays to your teeth by holding them by the tab in hot water for approx. 5 seconds to soften it.

  • Step 1: Use some 70-80℃ water and pour it in a clean dish and allow to cool for 30 seconds

  • Step 2: Hold the tray by the tab and submerge in hot water for 3 to 5 seconds to soften

  • Step 3: Place the softened tray into your mouth and bite down whilst at the same time pressing it against the front of your mouth with your fingers

  • Step 4: Remove the tabs and mark the tray for the set of teeth it has been moulded to. Repeat the process for the other tray

  • Please allow 1-3mm errors due to manual measurement.
