If your parcel is returned to us because your order did not contain sufficient or complete information or has not been pick it up, one of our Customer Care Team members will contact you either by telephone or by email however you will incur an additional postage and handling fee of $10 regardless of the value of your order. If there is no-one to accept delivery at the street address nominated in your order, the postman will take your parcel to your nearest Australia Post Office, leaving a card at your nominated street address advising you when and where the parcel may be collected at your convenience. There is no additional charge for this service.
Returns are accepted
Items must be returned within 30 days of the item being sold. Item must be returned in original condition, unopened and in original packaging. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item to us. Please contact us before attempting to return the item. Refund will be given once item has been reviewed by us and deemed as new in original condition. It is important that items are returned in original condition due to health and safety reasons. If the item is not fit for resale then a refund will not be given to the buyer.
