Leg bottoms have slits and can be worn cuffed or uncuffed. See photo.

Overall pristine/look new but there's a soft/reddish mark, very difficult to see, on the right hip stretch panel. It looks like something red may have been on top of the pants while in storage and the color rubbed onto the pants. I believe it will come out when laundered. **PLEASE SEE LAST PHOTO**
