1. Yodel – If you are based in England, Scotland & Wales.
2. Royal Mail – If you are based in Northern Ireland.
3. Evri – This is our backup plan in case any problems with Yodel & Royal Mail.
4. For the International services, we use any available service which also depends on the destination country.

DELIVERY FLOW:

Please wait patiently and allow 4-5 working days to deliver your order.
• Day 1, Customer purchased an item from our shop.
o If it is a working day, we dispatch all our orders in the evening and aim to drop them on the next working day at collection point.
o If it is a weekend, we will dispatch all of our orders before Sunday evening and aim to drop them on Monday morning to the collection point.
• Day 2, We can only track from this point. As it is not in seller’s hand. Normally, delivery services collect items and take it to their central hub for further processing.
• Day 3, They load items in their Van towards the destination city HUB.
• Day 4, Delivery man picked items and drop them at the destination.

Please contact us before placing an order for the fast delivery options. We can help you on the fast delivery and special delivery option services. And there will be extra cost for the special delivery services.

REFUND ACCEPTABLE IF:

• Your item is broken.
• You received an incorrect or wrong item.
• You received an item but you don’t like it & you are happy to return our item back to our shop. In this case, customer will pay the postage to return.
• We will only arrange return postage if we sent wrong item or the item was not same as described.
• After we receive the item, we will check the condition of the item before we release the refund.
• Please keep extra time for delivery, shop would deduct the postage cost, if it delivered after the due date and customer will be responsible to return the item.
• If we failed to dispatch on time or we failed to drop on the collection point on time, we will be happy to refund all.
