Liberon Dewaxed Blonde Shellac
Flakes will produce a light or transparent light brown coloured French Polish,
regularly used by restorers when polishing antique furniture or by bespoke joinery manufacturers in the production
of light wooden furniture.
Add 250g of Dewaxed Blonde Shellac Flakes to 1 litre of and allow them to soak for a minimum of 24
hours or until they have all dissolved.
Stir or shake occasionally to help the flakes dissolve. The ratio of flakes to methylated spirit can
be changed to adjust the strength according to needs or preference.
Once the polish is ready apply
with a French Polishing or rubber
(cotton wrapped in cotton ).
