The Sylvania bulb and the household bulb no longer function as the filament is broken.  The second unknown projector bulb wrapped in The Phoenix Gazette Newspaper appears to be in working condition, it has clearly not been used and the filament is intact.  That said they are being sold as novelty vintage items and are not intended to function and no such promise is made.
