This is a really nice set from Simplantex. This is a wheelchair starter pack and includes a rain poncho to cover person/seat, a safety belt, a storage pouch that keeps things a bit hidden and a large get storage "bin" that fits the back of the chair. This is brand new in original pkg. I have 2 of these sets available. This package is heavy, nearly 4# and I suspect it has to do with the frame for the large storage bin.
