***SHIPPING***
Orders placed before 11 a.m. Eastern Time will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 10 a.m. will be shipped the next business day.
We usually ship within two business days of payment.
Standard shipping takes between 4-7 business days.
Expedited shipping takes between 2-3 business days.
We only ship to the address provided by Ebay at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect address.
Once tracking number shows the package is delivered we are not NOT responsible for any stolen packages.
***SHIPPING***
We don not accept return of opened items.
We must review all returns and issued with an RMA number before you ship the item back.
Never send a return without consulting us as the returned address can be different from the source address.
Communication is the key to solving any problems that may arise during the transaction.
Don't hesitate to contact us to complete the transaction as smoothly and as flawlessly as possible.
Please note that it can take up to 7 business days to finalize the return when sending in returns.

***RETURNS POLICY***
30 DAY RETURNS are Accepted on most items.
We only accept return of items in the same condition received(unopened).
There is a 20% Restocking Fee on orders returned as a result of incorrect address or marked as undeliverable.
No refund on opened sealed bags
We do not accept returns on food-grade items. (NO REFUND)
Buyers MUST take clear and legible pictures of the shipping label, inside and out of the package and items.
Send these requirements to proceed with your return/refund/exchange/claims.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE UNOPENED BOTTLES OR CONTAINERS WITH SEALS INTACT.
