If you require an express international service with other courier (DHL, FEDEX) please contact us at and we will be happy to arrange this for you. Delivery times vary depending on locations however please allow 3 weeks before contacting us regarding your order. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments. If you are concerned about delivery timeframes please contact your national postal service with the tracking number provided for more information.

Returned Mail
In the event that your package is returned to us for any reason such as incorrect address, non payment of duties or non collection, a redelivery will be arranged based on individual circumstance. Additional charges may apply accordingly in the case of redelivery. We reserves the right to refuse redelivery based on the probability of arrival in certain cirumstances, and a full refund will be arranged.

Duties & Taxes
All prices displayed already include tax and GST. International orders are not subject to this charge however your order may incur duties and taxes applied by local customs. We do not accept any responsibility for any duty, tax or other import costs on international orders.

It is a legal requirement for Us to declare the correct value of orders on customs forms for international shipments. We will not, under any circumstances, falsify any information and we reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel any orders that may request this of us.

Returns & Exceptions

Items are sold on a consignment basis which implies that returns cannot be made. All sales are final and we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. However, there are certain conditions that grants access to refunds. This includes damages, wrong sizing and defects on purchased items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivered date.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
