You are looking at another great French Art Deco Modern era appetizer or cocktail pick set in the shape of a whishing well. It even has a water bucket hanging from its top. The holder is made of Macassar ebony wood and chrome metal. The 8 picks have cherry red plastic knobs. These are not bakelite but some other type of plastic. 

The holder is 3 3/8" in diameter at the base and stands 5 5/8" tall. Picks are 3 1/4" long.  

Overall excellent condition. Metal parts and picks are in great condition. Clean set, ready to use or display.
