Thank you for your interest in my listings.  International buyers are always welcomed.  I charge actual shipping fees through USPS and offer eBay international standard shipping and priority international shipping.  If in question the cost, please ask.

I typically ship first class if 16 oz or less, priority if over a pound, or FEDEX/UPS (large/heavy box).  Tracking is always included with all shipping methods offered.  My shipping fee is included in my asking price and final price.  It is never “free” shipping, as someone must pay.  It’s simpler on my end to combine it with my asking price.  I guarantee insurance to protect your purchase.  However, when tracking indicates “delivered” I am not responsible for the loss.  You will need to contact your local post office.

I have been selling for 17+ years and I run my business from start to finish, each transaction is treated with personal care.  I take great effort and pride in packing each item because I care and because I am not in the business to disappoint others.  I look over all items before packing to be sure it leaves my hands as stated in my listing.  I appreciate your understanding if I made a mistake, or I overlooked something.  Feedback ratings is important, but your satisfaction is most important to me.  I strive to make things right and appreciate the opportunity to do so therefore no need to open a case through eBay or post a neutral or negative feedback without allowing for the opportunity to remedy the situation.  There is always a solution to a problem in my store.  Feedback, in my opinion is left for the quality of the service provided NOT for the product.  A review of the product is intended for that and should not reflect upon the seller.
