SHIPPING INFORMATION
We use several different carriers for our deliveries and this will be chosen at our discretion. A signature may be required for some deliveries. If there is no one available to accept delivery, the parcel will either be left at the premises in a safe location or a calling card may be left at the premises asking that you contact the carrier on the number left on the card to arrange re delivery of the parcel. In some cases however, the parcel may be delivered to a nearby location (which will be written on the calling card) and you will need to pick up the parcel from this location. Failure to do either will result in the parcel being returned back to us and you will be required to pay an additional delivery fee to have the parcel re sent. If the parcel is returned to us and you no longer want it, you will be refunded minus the original delivery fee paid.
Where needed, parcels are securely packaged for maximum protection during transit in clean recycled packaging/boxes and/or bubble wrap. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days of receipt of order and payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). We do however endeavour to have your parcel processed and sent as quickly as possible and you can see from our feedback our customers are very happy with the speedy delivery of their goods.
All parcels are sent with tracking and this information will be provided to you so that you can track the progress of the delivery.
If parcels are being sent to a business address, please ensure the full business name is provided.
POSTAGE DISCOUNTS
Take advantage of cheaper combined shipping rates if purchasing more than one product, by waiting for your combined invoice PRIOR to paying.
Purchases cannot be combined and shipping costs cannot be refunded once they have been paid for. Alternatively you can contact us for a postage quote with items in question prior to purchasing.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept all major debit and credit cards via Paypal's secure online payment system. Alternatively, you can choose to pay by bank deposit (ANZ Bank).
If making your payment by bank deposit please leave your username as reference if possible.
Payment is required to be made within 4 days of your purchase unless prior arrangements have been made.
