Separate postal couriers can be used for expedited delivery,

Occasionally, customers will incorrectly fill out these fields and submit orders.
Ringke Direct Store will only ship the products to the address that is indicated on the order.
Customer’s duty to recover lost packages once they have been shipped out of our warehouse
or for delays due to unforeseen the carrier K-packet issues such as “Adverse Weather Conditions”,
“Beyond Korea Postal Service Control”, or “Missed at Facility”. Please plan accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL REFUND POLICY
International orders will not be refunded prior to 30 days after the original ship date.
Orders can be refunded or replaced within 90 days of ship date.
Only ONE refund or replacement will be sent. No additional refunds or replacements will be provided.
Ringke Direct Store will not process any International Exchanges or Return shipments.
For orders with free shipping, the amount refunded will be
= Product Price - [Initial Shipping Fee + Return Shipping Fee].
In the case the Overall Shipping Fee is higher than the Product Price, you may be charged an extra fee.
