Description

This pair of Tagliamonte earrings are crafted by hand in solid 18K yellow gold.  The oval Venetian intaglio is in a vibrant cobalt blue color.  The gold work is really lovely.  There are (2) 3mm Sapphires and (2) 3mm Ruby cabochons that really stand out on the brushed gold work. The carving in the intaglio is of Cupid working over a potion.  This image was originally created as part of a famous fresco in the Casa dei Vetti.
