This Weber Beginner's Oil Painting Set was acquired at a recent estate sale for an elderly lady.  I'm guessing that the set dates to the 1940s and it appears little to unused.  The stiff pasteboard box measures 9-5/8" across, 6" wide and stands 1-3/8" high.  The last photo shows the paper curling up on the back of the box.  The wooden palette is 8.75" x 5.5" and the unused artist's canvas is 8-7/8" x 5.5".  Three of the paintbrushes are marked Weber - the two larger ones and the brush with the orange handle.  The Turpentine bottle is almost empty - it has probably dissipated over the decades.  The flexible plastic piece appears to be a palette knife?  The paint tubes appear full but I see evidence of leakage at the bottom of the Yellow Ochre, U Blue and Burnt Umber.  Alizarin Crimson, American Vermilion, Cadmium Yellow Lt, Permanent Green Light, Yellow Ochre, Ultramarine Blue, Burnt Umber and Ivory Black (!) are the names of the tubes in the order seen.  The big tube is called Permalba.  Hope this helps.  Check out the photos and feel free to ask any unanswered questions.  Kit weighs almost 2 pounds alone so will ship at the 3 pound rate.  Thanks for stopping by.
