Mexican Silver 1968 XIX Summer Olympics 25 Peso Coin - Cutout, Jeweled Pendant.

This 0.72 silver coin pendant shows an Aztec ball player over the five Olympic circles. Purchased in the early 1970's. I do not remember what the red and blue infill materials are, but they have remained unchanged for the past fifty years. I have a vague memory that they are turquoise and carnelian chips in a fixative, but am not certain.
