One of Gruesome medical tools that is a must have for collectors trepanation. Been used Century to save a life. In boxing or a bad fight brain can feel up with blood. It can happen to for medical reasons too! Blood just bills up in skull and you have drill a hole to drain blood. Crazy!!!

New trepanation drill bit 'wow'. BUT Signs of age in packing tag rip. Bag is has wear to it. Trephinator still has seal on the bit. Take a look over pictures. Zoom in for better view of condition.
