Fantasia is a disco project by Billy Terell, who worked with Gary Criss on the classic salsoul album "Rio De Janeiro" (1978), in collaboration with John Davis, a famous Philadelphia soul producer.
Performances are identical to those of the members of MFSB and recorded.
Gary Criss also participated in the production, and the result is a gorgeous, Latin-flavored Philadelphia disco sound that could be called a sister album to "Rio De Janeiro.
