As a gym owner I spent lots of time and money searching for the perfect massage tools to release sore muscles and trigger points in our clients and members. After feeling like something could be done a little better here and better there I decided to create my own series. Coming in two sizes, “The Cake Breaker” is a 4.7” massage ball & “The Cup-Cake Breaker” is the smaller 3.2” ball. Both balls are great tools to relieve sore muscles & release trigger points— they just hit slightly different and the size is a personal preference. ***Product created in the USA by the owners of Vive Fitness located in Portland, Oregon.
