Pink polka dots with little girls in high heel shoes

Stoneware, measures about 3 1/2" tall and 3 1/4" wide across the top 

In used condition with minor wear, minor surface scratches and rub marks to paint, faint gray marks due to it being stoneware (these should come out with bar keepers friend or soft scrub, there were these same marks on the inside of the mug that I cleaned already but I missed the ones on the outside)
