The black and white jewelry is all vintage new old stock Lucite with tags, but no brand.  The bracelet elastic is stretched out from age.  The earrings are pierced.

The bag is from the Vera Bradley Frill line and is a laminated fabric so it could also be used for cosmetics or whatever.  There is some damage on the outside red piping (see pictures).  It measures about 7" in diameter and 3" tall.
