I will be listing a large number of hunting, fishing, and outdoors books that my dad has collected over the past 60 years. My dad was extremely proud of his book collection, and the condition of his books reflects a pride and care of ownership.

The book is in excellent condition with just a few very small spots on the covers (top left corner of front; middle bottom edge of front; bottom left of back; very tip of the outside corner of back; bottom edge of spine) that may be from sticking to the slipcase after sitting on a shelf for 40 years. The slipcase is in like-new condition. The gilded page edges are also like new.
For some reason, my dad has two numbered copies of this title. The gilding on the spine of this copy is quite heavy in places, whereas the other copy has weak gilding, especially the publisher's name at the bottom. Perhaps my dad called to complain and they sent a second book?
