8ft x 2ft Banner with Full Design Service

What you are buying:

1   1)  Full design service to design the banner to your requirements

2)  2) 4ft x 1.5ft indoor/outdoor PVC banner printed with the above design & supplied with hems & eyelets at regular intervals.

All our banners are produced using high quality printers, inks & materials that will easily last 2+ years indoors or outdoors. Our banner material is fire retardant in accordance with DIN 75200 to suit interior applications.

The Multi-buy option assumes all banners are printed with the same design.

We print and design all our banners in house, so we are in complete control of quality and timescales.

Please note: we are unable to guarantee a colour match.

What happens after a purchase?

Due to eBay rules and regulations, we're unable to supply our contact details before the banner purchase.

After purchase you will receive a confirmation email from us including all of the necessary information required to proceed with your order, including how to send us any images/logos required for the design.

Banners will be designed landscape by default but please let us know if a portrait aspect is required

We will then prepare a design proof for your approval. We will modify this design until you are happy to approve it for printing.

Dispatch/Delivery

Please note: our dispatch and delivery commitments start from the time a customer approves the design and NOT from the time of purchase. Please bear this in mind when asked “did the item arrive on-time” by ebay

Once a customer approves the design we will make the banner and dispatch it within 1 working day via our standard delivery service of 1-2 working days. Orders addressed to UK Islands my take a little longer 

We cannot guarantee delivery times as once an order is with the courier it is out of our control. However, a vast majority of deliveries are achieved on time.

If an order has not been received 14 working days after dispatch we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement free of charge. We will require a statement from the customer confirming the delivery details and the non-delivery. Sorry, but the above is a process required by our couriers.

Returns

Due to the personalisation of the banner, returns can only be accepted if the banner is defective. Please contact us first before returning any orders.

We try very hard to provide great quality and customer service and we only use the most reliable couriers but very occasionally an issue can occur. Should an issue occur with your order please allow us the opportunity to resolve it before leaving negative feedback. This is much appreciated.
