Tempest Shadow is a great character. One of her most define features is her horn. She is a unicorn and can use magic. When she does, you can see the interior of her horn light up. This wonderful version of her horn lights up, with just a simple push down on the horn onto the headband. It sit on a headband, based with velvet and is ready to wear. And don’t worry, when the battery runs out, it can be easily replaced.
