1. Individual family names and the penguin character you would like for them.

2. An indication of who is an adult and the ages of the children - this is only to gauge the penguin size ie Samuel - 2 years (penguin G), Belle - 8 years (penguin E), Jess - adult (penguin H), David - adult (penguin D) etc

3. Family name (surname). Alternatively you can have "Our Family" or anything else you wish.
