This is a lovely aqua blue layered chiffon style dress from Phool which dates from the 1990s, in a size 14. It has been worn, and shows very minor wear as pictured, but is still in good condition. Made of 100% viscose, this has a flattering fit. A really wearable vintage piece, perfect for the warmer weather.
