The condition of the gatefold cover is VG+ (see photos), no seam splits.  It does have tiny initials written on the back cover (see photo).  There is a round, promo, cut-out hole in the upper right corner.  The condition of the disc is a conservative EX with only a minimal amount of light sleeve scuffs noted.  The vinyl still exhibits a brilliant gloss and it plays great!  Includes the original insert!
