These labels are vintage and new only in the sense that they were unused.  I do not know their age, but they appear to be from the 50's to 70's range.  Only one has damage where it stuck to its Neghibor which lifted off some of the color, the remainder are in like new condition, they all have a color change on the back side it appears to be some sort of oil that caused a change in the condition of the paper - but it does not show on the front of the labels at all.  The pictures point out both of these issues using a pencil to point at it.
