I believe this blouse is Ukrainian , see the label. It’s a white cotton crisp fabric, with a little tie string at the neck.

The condition is good !

The cross stitch design is red and black.

The closures on the cuffs are little string loops with two buttons. (An extra button is attached to seam)

Large ballon sleeves, and pleats on the shoulders. A super nice, beautiful blouse !

I did note one mark- see the last pic , it’s really unnoticeable.

Pit to pit- 24”

Shoulder to bottom- 25”

Pit to cuffs- 18”
