The shrink is a bit stiff and mostly split at the fore edge and bottom edge, not the top edge.  It is also dusty/soiled (inside?) so the back is a bit indistinct.  It has a manufacturer and catalog #:  Apollon 14BH3022.  The back states, ENGLISH VERSION MADE IN JAPAN.  I cannot see any specific statement about subtitling in Japanese - others posting this online make this statement.  It is in MONO.
