A very common problem for these vehicles is the fuel cap seal, most commonly causing a MOT failure or a fault with the EVAP system triggering the check engine warning light.
The factory fitted seal is poor design and quality and within just a few years from new it begins to break down. This is a problem because as the seal begins to crack and fall apart, air begins to leak into the fuel tank triggering the EVAP warning system (common fault codes for this are P0455 P0456 P0440 P0442), the cracking of the seal would also allow fuel to escape if the vehicle is overturned hence the MOT failure.
If you take this issue to a garage your mechanic will be forced to replace the entire fuel cap as most manufacturers don’t produce replacements, a cheap replacement aftermarket fuel cap can be tempting to use but often cause more issues than they fix.

The global effects of the pandemic are still ongoing and are causing delays at multiple customs across the world. This means that your order could see a delay if caught up in these issues. The delivery service AIM is 3 - 5 days to Europe 10 - 20 days for the rest of the world. This is only an AIM as the many potential delays could impact this AIM.
