Organic Kuki Cha is grown in the lush hills around Kyoto and Kyushu, which have a perfect climate and soil producing some of the finest teas in Japan. It’s an unusual Green Tea, as it’s made from the twig and stems of the Camellia Sinensis Tea Plant which gives it a slightly nutty yet sweet umami.

Use up to one teaspoon (2g) per person. For the best flavour use freshly drawn and boiled (not boiling) water. Brew for 2 minutes, over brewing or using boiling water may make a bitter brew .
