If the product arrives differently from the one you purchased, and if the product is damaged at the time of delivery, we will allow you to return it within 14 days. The buyer should notify the seller via email to return all items. We recommend that you send a return through a traceable service. All returned items must be in good condition upon receipt. The return shipping fee is borne by the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If your parcel is returned to us due to your refusal to receive it, the return postage will be deducted from the refund amount.
Even if the product is returned, the tariff cannot be repaid.
