If you fit a HVAC Module from another vehicle, the VIN and possibly the configurations of the replacement unit may be wrong. This can cause the issues with its opperation

You also have the option of remote programming where you're able to reprogram your unit from the comfort of your home/ workshop saving you downtime. This service is available for $50 extra, message us for more information.
It also requires a $200 deposit which will be refunded upon return of the device.

What is Afterblow:
Some customers may comment about short duration musty odors emitted from the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system at vehicle start-up in hot, humid conditions.
Many vehicles currently incorporate an afterblow function within the HVAC control module software. The afterblow feature, when enabled, employs the HVAC blower fan to dry the evaporator after vehicle shut down and this function will inhibit microbial growth.
This will not get rid of the smell, but will help prevent it in the future.
