Actual item you will receive is what's in the pictures.  Wheels turn unless noted otherwise but this was played with, so there may be minor scratches / paint missing on corners / yellowing or scratches on plastic windshields.  Please carefully review photos for any other questions on condition.  If you have any questions, please ask now; returns will not be accepted.
