Arri Cinema Lens Blimp Focus/Aperture Adjustable Housing for Schneider Cinegon 16mm F1.4 Lens ?

I have no idea about this item, it is high quality metal house with focus/aperture adjustments, made in Germany, cosmetics in good shape condition and working smoothly, there is a additional plastic plate (a bit signs of cracks) on the front barrel which marked aperture/focus (see photos ), probably for Schneider 16mm F1.4 Cinegon Lens, no idea about the mount, please check it closely and consider to buy it according your knowledge.
