Please see photos for details. This is an extremely rare pair of Beyerdynamic ET1000 electrostatic headphones.

All electrostatic headphones require a dedicated high-voltage headphone amplifier to produce their sound. Hence they do not come with a standard headphone plug on their cables. Typically the ET1000 headphones come with an N1000 amplifier. Unfortunately when I found these, the matching N1000 amplifier was not found.

These appear to be in nice condition with light wear due to age and usage. Even cooler, these were picked up at an estate sale in Austin, TX and the owner worked at a local club called Antone's in the 1970-1980s. He produced songs for Stevie Ray Vaughan & the Cobras. The house was full of amazing music production tools and equipment. So not only are these headphones extremely rare to find to begin with, but this pair was owned by Stevie Ray Vaughan's music producer.

Unable to test them due to not having the N1000 or another way available. These would be great for a collector.

They will be packed very safe and securely and insured for shipping.
