This item is old. It has staining, discoloration, fading, scratches, dents, scuff marks, Rust, wear and has a old smell to it. Normal from age, use and long term storage.

I actually found this inside of an old man's work shop. He is 92 years old. He used to own multiple Car dealerships he is now long retired  And enjoying life.
