This is a commemorative folder created by the Association of Polish Philatelists in Connecticut. On November 6, 1916, Woodrow Wilson and Jan Paderewski met to discuss the plight of the Polish people. There are quotes by both Wilson and Paderewski on the independence of Poland. The folder contains the 8 cent Paderewski Champion of Liberty stamp and 5 cent flag of Oland stamp. Each folder is numbered.
